Joseph C. Howe, Jr.

Mr. Howe began his career in Public Accounting with Ernst & Young. He joined the Intabex Group in 1992 as the Chief Financial Officer of the U.S. company. As CFO, Mr. Howe was responsible for finance, treasury, accounting and administration during Intabex’s strong growth period. Mr. Howe was a co-founder of United Tobacco Company in 1997; serving in the role of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Howe became Chief Executive Officer of UTC and United Natural Hemp Extracts in 2019. He holds a B.B.A. in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
